Hello! I am Dr. Josh Fink. As a licensed clinical psychologist serving the greater central and northern New Jersey areas, I provide emotional support to individuals of all ages. My speciality is treating adolescents and young professionals experiencing symptoms of anxiety, mild depression, ADHD, and adjustment disorders. As a sports enthusiast, having competed at the high school, collegiate, and professional levels, I also have a specific understanding and interest in working with athletes. A main goal of therapy is for those I work with to feel truly emotionally supported, without fear of judgement. Through introspection and emotional processing, insight and growth can be fostered.
